Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class Business Post, which will usually be delivered next working day and equivalent to normal 1st class post. According to the Royal Mail website 99% of the mail arrives the next day but the balance can take up to 14 days to arrive and we will not send out replacements or refunds until the 14 day limit has passed.
International
Items will be sent by Royal Mail small packets and can take up to 21 days to arrive. No replacements or refunds will be sent until the 21 day limit has passed
